TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER POLICY

By submitting payment, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service and User Policy (“Agreement”) with Hiro Services Inc. (“Hiro,” “we,” “our”). This Agreement governs your use of Hiro’s AI-powered security and surveillance solutions.
1. Services Provided Hiro provides AI-based threat detection, shoplifting monitoring, behavior analysis, mood recognition, violence, facial recognition, and related surveillance analytics (“Services”). Service details are outlined in the invoice or payment link. Service results are not guaranteed. System accuracy may vary based on camera quality, setup, lighting, and internet stability. Hiro’s Services assist but do not replace human security personnel or decision-making.
2. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full before service activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations: Clients may cancel services at any time. Refunds are processed within 30 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Recurring charges, if applicable, will be suspended after the cancellation effective date.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must: Ensure proper installation and network connectivity (unless Hiro installation services are purchased); Comply with all applicable surveillance and privacy laws; Use Services legally and responsibly.
Clients are solely responsible for the interpretation of system alerts and notifications.
4. Limitation of Liability Hiro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, profits, or data.
Hiro’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the three (3) months prior to the claim.
5. Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hiro, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising out of misuse of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable law.
6. Data Privacy Hiro collects metadata necessary for service delivery but does not store raw video footage unless agreed otherwise.
Data will not be sold or shared except as required for service support or legal compliance.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
8. Agreement Acceptance By submitting payment, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and User Policy.
